How we work with you to build your new home
We pave the way for your independent architect to do what they do best, designing the best solution for your new home. We work directly with your architect, if you already have one, or can connect you with industry-leading architects who we know and trust to bring your project to life.
During this phase, we’ll be there as required by you and your architect to ensure all requirements are communicated down to the most important details in preparation for construction.
In collaboration with your architect we take your design from plans to reality. Due to a well-documented design phase, we find this process moves seamlessly.
Safety is ingrained into the culture of our business
Safety is not a form that is ticked but a mindset. At Vigor Homes, we lookout for our colleagues and hold each other accountable.
During construction, we have strict methodologies and employee training in place to ensure that no incident is acceptable and that every accident is preventable.
We’re big on communicating throughout the process to keep you informed of the progress of your project and understand milestones from start to finish. We’re flexible with enabling our clients to conduct site visits and be as involved in seeing the progress of their project build as desired.
Reducing our carbon footprint
We recognise the benefits of building sustainable homes – it minimises your maintenance and running costs, as well as caring for the environment. We use the latest energy-efficient processes, appliances and fittings, and continue to look at ways to improve our environmental impact.
The day has finally arrived, your new home is complete. We’ll take you through your new property with a tour explaining how to use any appliances so you feel comfortable with the end result. Then its job complete for us and a new set of keys for you.
We’re also around to support you after your project is considered done as we offer an extended defects period to standard contracts so that you have peace of mind and to make sure your completed project is at the expected level of quality and finish that was designed.
